Sellers: Before meeting with you and seeing your home, I compile research that is comprised of a full market analysis and an overview of comparable listings so that I can come prepared with a plan outline in mind. Once I have this information, I meet you in your home in order to get a sense of what is important to you concerning the impending sale.
