Meet Elizabeth Nichols

Before I became a REALTOR^®, I spent almost 40 years in corrections, retiring as a Deputy Warden.  This experience enabled me to hone my intuition and organizational skills, which I often use in my work as an agent. Clients often compliment me on my work ethic and so I strive to continually strengthen my dedication to them and their needs. This comes naturally to me as a mother of a special needs son; I am used to anticipating other’s needs and juggling multiple priorities in an efficient manner. I truly enjoy the opportunities I have as a REALTOR® to help others.

It is rewarding to know you helped someone accomplish their goals, especially when they thought their goals were unattainable. This is a serious and important decision and I find that doing what I can to make the process fun helps develop my relationship with them. I also love the challenge of finding the perfect home for each client; It gives me a chance to use my creativity and intuition in perfect harmony.

I grew up in Central PA, graduating from Elizabethtown College. I have worked in Dauphin County for over 38 years. I have resided in Oxford, Middletown, Camp Hill and Harrisburg. I love this area and think it’s the perfect place to live.
