Elizabeth worked with our schedule and budget very well. She wouldn’t waste our time with properties that didn’t match our criteria, while remaining realistic about the financial side of things. She always took time to break everything down as far as work the home might have needed, the areas we were looking in, and the style of house we were looking for. She’s very personable, easy to talk to and available every time we needed a question answered. She acted quickly when houses came on the market in our area and gave us time to put in a strong offer. We were first time buyers and she made the process that everyone was telling us would be stressful, seem very simple and easy. She was patient with us learning the process, and with every question we had, even if we asked that question a hundred times. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and if needed in the future will be using this team again, however we love our new home and won’t be leaving anytime soon!
